Plans, coordinates, and oversees care for patients in the Recovery Care Center department.Provides care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Dunes Surgical Hospital.Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to other team members.May have additional responsibilities as designated by the manager, which include, but are not limited to, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement audits, and projects. The registered nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumer’s health or the situation ~Follows employee health and other personnel and staffing policies. ~ Follows policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for nursing care according to accepted standards. Must be a graduate of accredited college or university.

Registered Professional

Nurse with current state licensure. Work experience as a professional nurse Must be able to exert at least 25 pounds of force to assist with patient transports.



May be required to deal with unpleasant environmental situations resulting from patient care or patient activity.
