- Utilize best practices for quality nursing and personal care
- Foster a supportive workplace for residents and staff
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families
- Supervise and support Personal Support Workers on duty Valid Registered Practical Nurse certification in Ontario
- Experience with elder care is preferred
- Effective judgment and risk management skills
