This role involves delivering total nursing care tailored to individual patient needs while contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Provide holistic nursing care to support the physical and mental well‑being of patients. Actively participate in patient safety and quality improvement programs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to plan and evaluate care. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards of practice.

Requirements Current registration with the New Brunswick Nurses Association (NANB) .





Valid Basic Life

Support (BLS) certification. Completion of (or commitment to complete): Prevention and Management of Suicidal Behaviour in a Psychiatric Hospital Setting course.

Nonviolent Crisis

Intervention (CPI) – Advanced Physical Skills training (Practical Component). ~ Solid interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills.
