- Administer IV, IM, SC medications in various settings
- Monitor and document patient treatment outcomes
- Provide individualized patient education sessions




- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
- Support collaboration with case managers and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- Valid provincial RN license and registered practical nurse qualification
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience in relevant settings
