- Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses as a Registered Practical Nurse.

- Day Surgery experience within the last two years is preferred
- Flexibility in scheduling is required in order to meet the operations of the department ie. 06:30am start time and department closures The Perioperative Team in the Same Day Surgery (SDS) Unit at WLMH provides care to a high volume of adult surgical patients specializing in Gynecology, General Surgery, Urology, Dental, and Endoscopic procedures.
