Rate of Pay: $31.12 Min – $32.80 (As per Collective Agreement)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician’s orders, the resident plan of care, and within the scope of practice of an RPN/LPN.
- Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents through teamwork and effective communication with staff.
- Oversee resident care, including regular communication with residents and their families, and provide guidance to staff.




- Supervise the Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members assigned to the unit.
- Handle admission, readmission, and change in status, and provide ongoing assessment to residents.

Who You Are

- A Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing with the Ontario College of Nurses.
- Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, and/or senior health industry is an asset.
- Good judgement, risk identification skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada or in possession of a valid work permit.
