HOOPP pension plan with employer and employee premium sharing. Enhanced wellness initiatives, including virtual fitness classes and on-site gym memberships. Replacement position. We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide coverage to all areas of the hospital.
The successful candidate will be motivated, self-directed and a key member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team with defined roles focused on quality patient care and patient flow. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide excellent care to a diverse acute medical patient population in a fast-paced setting. New regular part-time employees hired into this department will be eligible for the Bonus Incentive payment of up to $4000.00 payable at established internals over the course of the first 2 years of continuous active employment.

Providing Respiratory
Therapy coverage in the birthing unit, critical care units, emergency department, wards, and the pulmonary function lab. RRT registered with the College of Respiratory Therapists in the General Class Knowledge of adult education principles is an asset Experience working with paediatrics and neonates preferred Participates in the CRTO’s Quality Assurance Program Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork Demonstrated commitment to, and understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
