Rehabilitation Assistant - Mobility Team - Provincial Mobilization Northern Zone, Colchester East Hants Health Centre Department: OPNZ Inpatient Physiotherapy Posting Closing Date: 3-Sep-26 Reporting to the Health Services Manager and under the supervision of the NZ Frailty Coordinator, the Rehabilitation Assistant is a member of the health care team, providing support to clients and families through the Provincial Frailty and Mobilization program to support early mobilization of clients.

Rehabilitation

Assistants within the mobility teams will provide early mobilization interventions to individuals in hospital care setting related to the client’s mobility needs, Clinical Frailty Score and overall plan of care.
