Alberta Health Services seeks an Occupational Therapist II to provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation within the Rehabilitation Oncology Medicine program at the Grande Prairie Cancer Centre. You will collaborate with Physiotherapists, Speech Language Pathologists and Therapy Assistants to deliver coordinated care.

You will lead adult rehab planning, triage referrals, and develop individualized plans addressing lymphedema, fatigue, ADLs and cognitive changes in cancer care.
