Executive will serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal work groups, responsible for preparing customer specifications for all product requirements and facilitating on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables. In office Cafeteria & Outdoor Patio On Site Gym Ensuring thorough understanding of customers' requirements Ensuring customer specifications accurately reflect the customers' requirements Ensuring timely responses to customer requests Ensuring timely, error-free preparation and approvals of artwork, customer specifications, Kodak proofs etc.
to keep game orders on schedule. Representing the customer's perspective in internal discussions.
Building and maintaining solid customer relationships to help grow our business with lotteries Participating in the development of product marketing strategies for customers. Acting as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field. ~3+ years' experience in an administrative or project coordination role. ~ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ~ Prior lottery industry experience is considered an asset.
