In this fully remote role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing market trends, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights for product development teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, contributing to the strategic direction of our automotive software and services.

This position requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, robust analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, distributed work environment. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the automotive industry . Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for new product features and system enhancements.

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors. Solid understanding of the automotive market, including trends in connected vehicles, electrification, and mobility services.
