About the Role

Our client, a dynamic player in the automotive technology sector, is seeking a strategic Remote Automotive Business Analyst to drive product innovation and operational efficiency. In this fully remote role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing market trends, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights for product development teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, contributing to the strategic direction of our automotive software and services. This position requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, distributed work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the automotive industry .
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for current product features and system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop process flows, wireframes,



and mockups to visually represent proposed solutions.
- Support the product development lifecycle, including testing, validation, and implementation phases.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, including trends in connected vehicles, electrification, and mobility services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile methodologies).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement in a remote setting.
