About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Remote Civil Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of national infrastructure projects. This role is designed for an individual who excels in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, without the need for a fixed physical office location. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while coordinating with cross-functional teams across various geographical locations. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple civil infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project risks, issues, and stakeholder communications effectively across distributed teams.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration,



and contractor performance.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a robust focus on civil infrastructure.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects (e.g., roads, water systems, energy infrastructure).
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
