About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Cleaning Operations Specialist to manage and enhance cleaning operations from a distance. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent standards of cleanliness and hygiene across multiple sites without requiring physical presence. You will be responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules, managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication and project management skills, capable of driving operational excellence remotely, contributing to a positive and safe setting from Kimberley (or any remote location).

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across designated facilities from a remote location.
- Develop and implement standardized cleaning procedures and quality control measures.
- Manage relationships with third-party cleaning service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in cleaning services.
- Provide remote support and guidance to on-site teams and facility managers regarding sanitation protocols.




- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations related to cleaning operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management, cleaning operations, or vendor management, with a strong remote work capability.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong understanding of cleaning industry best practices, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools, reporting software, and data analysis techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
