Cencora is seeking a Field Case Manager to guide patients, providers, and partners through medication journeys from a home office, with periodic in-person visits as needed. You will coordinate, communicate, and advocate for patients, improving outcomes in a energetic, flexible setting.

Ideal candidates are RNs or hold related degrees, with knowledge of reimbursement processes and bilingual English/French capabilities for QC and NB provinces.
