About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Remote Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Manager to lead strategic financial initiatives on a fully remote basis. This critical role involves developing sophisticated financial models, driving the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing key financial insights to support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive FP&A; experience, comfortable managing complex data sets and communicating findings effectively in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, long-range planning, and investment evaluation.
- Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.




- Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
- Continuously improve FP&A; processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- A minimum of 7-9 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency with FP&A; software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills suitable for a remote role.
