The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and use B2B and B2C skills Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products/services with each sale Deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile 1+ year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services) ~ Understanding of sales processes, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals ~ High school diploma or GED ~ A quiet, distraction-free home work environment ~ Strong computer skills and PC knowledge ~ A desktop or laptop for testing; work computer may be provided but is not guaranteed ~ High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone We invest in our people through training, infrastructure, and growth opportunities.
