About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and systems for new product introductions.
- Utilize advanced 3D CAD software for modeling and create detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform complex engineering analysis, including FEA and thermal simulations, to ensure design performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with remote cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, industrial designers, and project managers.
- Support prototype builds,



testing, and validation processes, addressing design issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
