We are seeking a highly motivated sales‑minded individual to join our firm and grow our inside sales team.

The Inside Sales

Consultant will drive recent sales, book qualified meetings for current consultants, build a funnel, and unlock new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and personal referrals. New business development through cold calling, lead generation and networking in the designated region. Identify creative opportunities for generating new leads and business opportunities.

Participate in prospecting and securing new clients from leads generated through targeted proactive networking and referrals. Engage in continuing education to maintain a high level of knowledge of employee benefit legislation, administrative issues, plan rules, claim management,



and client‑specific procedures.

Represent People

Corporation in the market and serve as a successful brand ambassador. Achieve call volume targets and track performance against People Corporation’s desired metrics. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Sales experience with a passion for generating results and closing new business opportunities.
