Key Responsibilities

- Design custom residential projects, including new builds, extensions, and renovations.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Prepare technical documentation and specifications for building permits and construction.
- Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues, consultants, and contractors via digital platforms.




- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

- Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture design.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualization software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality residential projects.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
