Reinforce

Agile and Scrum practices to encourage teams to work with agility.

Facilitate

Scrum ceremonies and other sessions as needed.

Promote

Agile practices while consistently reinforcing Scrum theory and values. Remove or escalate impediments to the Scrum team’s progress. Lead process management and improvement practices to enhance value delivery.

Assist the Product Owner in ensuring scope, commitments, and targets are understood by the Scrum team.



Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and facilitating communication between teams. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience working in Agile Scrum.

In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks. Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature. Skilled collaborator able to reinforce agile principles with colleagues.
