Business Development Representative (Remote Canada or US) Align HCM is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team! Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to prospective clients Must love being on the phone for a minimum of 2 hours a day talking to prospects Needs to be active on LinkedIn - posting, engaging, and must have a robust connection network Requires a 'hunter and CEO of your own business' mentality that requires discipline, strong work ethic, a competitive spirit and hunger for success Ability to take coaching and implement feedback to improve outcomes Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including number of qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution Collaborate with Account Executives to create seamless handoffs and support the sales cycle Utilize CRM tools to document activities, track lead progress, and analyze outreach performance Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to refine outreach strategies Align HCM is proud partner of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and share their commitment to inspiring both businesses and the people who run them.
