We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a solid desire for personal career growth, a passion for sales, and a strong interest in working in a fast-growing startup. You'll work directly with our GTM leaders on pipeline generation, playbooks, and strategies that will scale Fellow to category dominance.





Create and deliver exceptional outreach across email and LinkedIn Own the process of booking meetings and pipeline generation across inbound/outbound channels Be closely involved in our inbound strategy, working with sales and marketing to drive more inbound business Build a network of leaders, fostering relationships across our market and sharing Fellow's progress Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a Business Development role Attention to detail — we care about producing high-quality work, not just volume Grit and resilience — Business Development is tough; Fair, competitive compensation — we benchmark against the market and pay fairly for every role.
