RESPONSIBILITIES

- Establish and foster relationships with customers
- Develop and grow sales in your assigned territory
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to achieve growth and sales objectives
- Ensure a high level of sales and after‑sales service
- Prospect and develop new accounts and sales opportunities




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives and execute them with clients
- Represent Lanctôt brands at regional tradeshows and events
- Stay up to date with industry trends and benchmark optical market
- Question current methods and continuously seek process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the optical industry is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with technology tools
- Independent, responsible, capable of working with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong team spirit and business acumen
- Customer service oriented
