- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies spanning paid and organic channels to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the management and expansion of the brand's footprint on key social media platforms.
- Create engaging content and persuasive copy for diverse mediums, including advertisements, email campaigns, landing pages, and social updates.
- Design and implement email marketing sequences focused on effective lead nurturing and conversion.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.




- 2-5+ years’ experience in digital marketing with proven results across paid and organic channels.
- Strong SEO, SEM & paid advertising knowledge.
- Experience managing and growing brand presence across major social media.
- Content creation and copywriting skills (ad copy, emails, landing pages, social media posts).
- Email marketing & lead nurturing experience.
- Understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and ability to analyse data & improve campaigns.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, WordPress, marketing automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and budgets effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to plan data-driven decisions, interpret results and make data-driven decisions.
- A robust portfolio/track record of growing traffic, leads, conversions or ROI.
