Job Title: R&D; Glazier and Fabricator

A Day in the Life:

- Assist in the design, prototyping and testing of new curtain wall and facade systems and components.
- Conduct hands-on testing to evaluate the performance of façade systems.
- Collaborate with designers/drafting/engineering to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize designs for manufacturing and installation efficiency.
- Provide hands on technical support as required with both current and previous Flynn jobs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that recent products and materials meet industry standards and client specifications.

What You Bring:

- Previous experience with curtain wall or façade systems.




- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in mechanical tools and equipment.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US for up to a week at a time.

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
