About the Role

Our client, a popular hotel located in Kimberley , is looking for an productive and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor to lead their reservations team. You will be responsible for managing the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, maximizing occupancy, and providing excellent service to potential and confirmed guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team. You will play a key part in the initial guest contact, setting the tone for their entire stay at our client's property in Kimberley .

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, including managing bookings, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Supervise, train, and schedule reservations agents to ensure adequate coverage and service quality.
- Monitor reservation systems and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
- Handle complex reservations and special requests from guests and travel agents.




- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of guest information in the reservation system.
- Generate reports on occupancy rates, booking trends, and revenue performance.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Reservations Supervisor or Senior Reservations Agent.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation software (e.g., PMS, Channel Managers).
- Strong understanding of yield management and pricing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
