Overview:

We are seeking Sub-Contractors to join our team at Sparkle & Sheen for residential and commercial cleaning services. As a Sub-Contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of various residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as outlined in the contract agreement

- Clean and sanitize designated areas including restrooms, offices, and common areas

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal

- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate contact

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while carrying out tasks

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

- Business or Sole-Proprietor License

-GST Number

-1 Million Liability Insurance

-Must Complete the Sparkle & Sheen Orientation and Training

-Driver's License and working Vehicle

If you do not have these requirements, you must be open to obtaining them, and we can assist you in the process.

Additionally:

- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred

- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks





- Reliable transportation to travel to different work sites

- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
