Rockport Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain our residential and commercial properties in Winnipeg. As a vertically integrated company, we manage our projects from start to finish with team-oriented, in-house teams.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our buildings are clean, welcoming, and well-presented for residents, tenants, staff, and visitors. - Common Areas: Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public washrooms.

- Office Spaces: Maintain commercial office spaces, meeting rooms, and high-traffic areas.

- Routine Cleaning: Vacuum, dust, mop, and empty waste and recycling bins.

- Deep Cleaning: Assist with carpet cleaning and other detailed projects.

- Amenity Spaces: Clean specialized areas like fitness centres and dog wash stations.

- Turnovers:



Thoroughly clean vacant residential suites for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections.

- Teamwork: Work closely with our in-house teams to support a safe, clean environment.

- Supplies: Monitor, organize, and restock cleaning supplies and equipment.

- General Support: Perform other related duties to assist daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.

- Time Management: Strong skills to prioritize tasks across multiple property sites.

- Core Traits: Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or with a team.

- Communication: Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent service.

- Safety: Knowledge of safe handling practices for cleaning chemicals is an asset.

Transportation Requirements
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required.
