Bring your 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending to effectively assess complex mortgage files and ensure compliance with Home Trust's underwriting policies. Your focus will also include risk assessment and maintaining exceptional service standards while working alongside both internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities:

- Adjudicate complex mortgage applications accurately
- Review mortgage applications for completeness and risk




- Manage work volumes to meet tight deadlines
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Prepare and issue conditional mortgage commitments

Requirements:
