We’re looking for an Office Manager who will own the day‑to‑day office operations and continuously improve our administrative processes.

You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping the workplace running smoothly—supporting employees, coordinating vendors and services, maintaining controls, and ensuring the office experience is productive, welcoming, and well organized. Implement, review, and continuously improve administrative and office procedures Oversee and coordinate office administrative activities and day‑to‑day operations Plan and coordinate office services, including: Space/accommodation needs and relocations Equipment, supplies, forms,



and inventory Asset disposal, parking, and building access Support operating budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic/special reports, manuals, and correspondence Perform accurate data entry and maintain clean administrative records Plan and execute social events, guest programs, and internal initiatives Manage event logistics (planning, coordination, vendors, schedules, and on‑site support) 5+ years of proven experience in office management, administration, or operations Postsecondary studies in a related field (e.g., administration, office management, operations)
