Mosaic has more new homes on the way and we are growing our team. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll support people making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. You will receive extensive training, gain a deeper understanding of the industry, have mentorship opportunities with seasoned professionals, and be considered for promotion opportunities in the wider organization.

Mosaic’s in‑house team manages every stage of the current development process - from land acquisition, design, and approvals to financing, construction, marketing, and sales - delivering new multi-family high-rise, low-rise,



and townhome communities across the region.

Over the past 25 years, and with more than 8,000 homes constructed, Mosaic has remained committed to designing and building A Better Home. And we’re just getting started, with future large-scale wood and concrete projects coming up throughout Greater Vancouver.

You have or are working on a post-secondary degree and have prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality. Bonus points if you can drive and have access to a vehicle. You can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
