THE TEAM The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences. Aritzia is growing, and our Boutique Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for flawlessly delivering on Sales, Floor, Business, and People Management to exceed daily business goals, while leading, educating, and developing a high performing and engaged boutique roster.

As the Boutique Director, you will: Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right time Own or elevate details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience The Boutique Director has: The skills and/or education that are an asset to perform in the role and the commitment to continuously learn and develop oneself and inspire growth in others A dedication to quality and investing in results that add value to the business at all times The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 CAD per year.
