Inc., our people are the foundation of our success. We are looking for passionate Store Managers who can inspire teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive store performance. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily store operations, developing a high-performing sales team, and creating an environment where employees and customers feel valued.

You will act as a leader, coach, and brand ambassador while ensuring the store achieves operational excellence, sales objectives, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Retail Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals. Create a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture.

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development. Help team members develop their skills and identify opportunities for career growth.

Store

Operations & Performance Drive sales performance by achieving store targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring every interaction is professional, solution-focused, and customer-first. Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures,



and safety standards.

Customer Experience

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized wireless solutions. Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding devices, plans, promotions, and services. Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive experience. You are a motivated retail leader who enjoys developing people, achieving results, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Previous retail management or leadership experience.

Experience in telecommunications, wireless retail, or technology sales is considered a strong asset. Solid coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate teams and achieve sales objectives.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A customer-focused mindset and commitment to deliver excellent service. Ability to consistently commute to the assigned store location is required.

Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
