As of November 1, 2025, Sunoco LP has successfully completed its acquisition of Parkland Corporation. Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. The Partnership’s midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals.
This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership’s fuel distribution operations, which distribute over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers. We are seeking a well‑rounded Systems Administrator with a strong foundation in Windows systems administration, general Systems Operations, and information security best practices.
This role is responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable IT systems across on‑premises and/or cloud environments. Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file/print services) Manage day‑to‑day system operations, including patching, monitoring, backups, and performance tuning Deploy and maintain standard operating system builds and system configurations Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for client, server,
and infrastructure issues Apply security hardening and baseline configurations aligned with best practices Manage identity and access controls (AD, RBAC, least‑privilege access) Assist with vulnerability remediation, patch management, EDR management, and audit readiness Collaborate with InfoSec stakeholders to enforce policies and compliance requirements Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to availability, security, and scalability Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory environments ~ Working knowledge of information security principles (hardening, access control, patching, incident response) ~ Familiarity with monitoring, patch management, EDR, and other endpoint management tools ~ Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across systems, networking, and security layers Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs) Experience supporting compliance or security frameworks (e.g. If you require accommodation due to a disability, you will have an opportunity to notify us when scheduling your interview.
