Job Duties

- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.




- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
- Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Maintain reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Hire and train new personnel for sales; maintain reports for the same.
- Maintain and follow proper health and safety standards, practice cleanliness and maintain proper store image and displays.
- May perform managerial duties such as opening and closing of the store, handling escalated client complaints, and implementing current marketing strategies
