Lead and inspire a high-performing store team, fostering a culture of excellence, style, and service . Develop and execute exclusive luxury client experiences , including cocktail-style events, VIP shopping evenings, and personalized wardrobe consultations. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies that ensure the store exceeds targets.

Oversee daily operations, including merchandising, staffing, inventory management, and maintaining a polished, luxurious store environment. Experienced in luxury retail management , with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Passionate about women’s fashion, styling,
