Traffic is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Benefits Specialist to support the administration and ongoing management of employee benefit programs across our growing organization. This role will serve as the primary resource for benefits administration, employee support, carrier coordination, compliance monitoring, and benefits-related communications. As our organization continues to expand across multiple states, the Benefits Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring employees receive exceptional support while maintaining compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits. Assist employees with benefit enrollments, claims issues, carrier inquiries, and plan navigation. Prepare enrollment materials, employee communications, and educational resources.





Resolve enrollment discrepancies, billing issues, and employee coverage concerns. Monitor regulatory changes and recommend process improvements to maintain compliance. Work closely with HR leadership to ensure compliance with applicable leave laws.

Create educational materials to improve employee understanding of available benefit programs.

Process Improvement

Assist with advantages system implementations, testing, and enhancements. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and vendors.
