- Serve as primary contact with Workers Compensation Board
- Assess and oversee return-to-work plans and modifications
- Monitor and analyze employee claim activities




- Develop injury prevention initiatives for the workplace
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate

Requirements:

- Preferred post-secondary education in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related role
- Understanding of Workers Compensation regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
