SKILLS/ABILITIES: ACLS / BLS Experience in Women and Childrens units required Ability to plan, organize and problem solve Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development Ability to work independently and as a team member, with excellent communication skills Working knowledge of Meditech Information System and personal computer application REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Experience in Women and Childrens units required Current ACLS certification preferred Familiarity with CTAS (Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale) preferred Active Nova Scotia (NS) Nursing License Up-to-date immunization records Valid Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
