Nurse 3 (N3) - PACT Logan Mental Health & Addictions Posting End Date: September 4, 2026 Employer: Shared Health Site: Shared Health -PACT - 400B Logan Avenue Department / Unit: PACT Logan Mental Health & Addictions Reason for Term: Maternity Leave Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Pensionable Salary
Enhancement - Nurses in eligible classifications may be eligible to earn an additional $5.95/hour when working full-time hours within a prescribed six-month reporting period. (Minimum four years related community experience working with people who have responsible and enduring psychiatric illness’; combination of institution and community experience will be considered. PN, BN, RPN, RN. Registered with the College of Nurses of Manitoba.
Registered with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba. Relevant legislated acts including but not limited to Personal Health Information Act, Protection of Persons in Care Act, Mental Health Act, Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS),
Principles of Routine Practices (Universal Precautions). Regional/site/unit policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines relating to clinical care.
Working with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds. Working knowledge of treatment, rehabilitation and support in mental health.
Skills in assessing, planning, development and coordination of support services. Subject to a criminal record check. This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. Please note that an employee is not permitted to hold two or more positions in Shared Health that combine to equal more than 1.0 FTE.
