Complete initial and on‑going client assessments including substance use history, suicide risk assessment and Best Possible Medication History (BPMH). Develop case management planning in collaboration with the client.

Baccalaureate
Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with extensive experience in clinical area may be considered. Some nursing experience (1‑3 yrs) with a combination of hospital and/or community setting. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses and Midwives of Prince Edward Island.
Possess a solid knowledge of chemical dependency and substance use. Knowledge of the Provincial Mental Health Act. Additional relevant education and experience will be considered an asset. Knowledge and experience using the Telus EMR would be considered an asset.
Salary Range: $44.26 – $55.29 per hour. Bi‑Weekly Hours: On‑Demand – Days and evenings as required (7 am‑7 pm & 10 am‑10 pm shifts). The base pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and training.
