We are looking for enthusiastic and team-oriented people to join our team that helps keep our Ontario provincial Highways safe. You have highway maintenance experience, have strong communication skills and are observant.

Your safety-oriented approach and organizational skills contribute to the overall success and safety of your colleagues and the travelling public. You have a valid G license and a desire to work for an industry leading employer and outstanding community‑minded organization.

and night shift may be required in addition to scheduled patrols Seasonal work from September to May Patrol highways and report road conditions Contact operators to bring on shift as required Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways year‑round, including assisting with Labourer duties (pothole repair, guardrail repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation, etc.) Help ensure health, safety, and environment related concerns are addressed promptly Must have knowledge of provincial and/or municipal highway maintenance specifications Snow plow and loader experience is an asset Experienced with Microsoft office including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
