Technical Expertise: Execute high-quality rope access tasks with precision and efficiency, including high-rise window cleaning and maintenance.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Rope Access Technicians to complete projects safely and effectively.



Maintain clear and open communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project success.

Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for training and skill development to enhance your proficiency in rope access techniques. IRATA or SPRAT Level 1 or 2 or 3 certification. Demonstrated experience in rope access work, preferably in high‑rise maintenance.
