- Act as a strategic partner for hiring managers

- Lead annual onboarding events and logistics
- Manage key employee lifecycle operations
- Use Workday for recruitment process tracking

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years in recruitment or HR operations
- Expertise with Workday and AI for recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian job market
- Detail-oriented and proactive
