Setter 100% remote! Love chatting with people and booking quality calls? We’re on the hunt for a gun Appointment Setter who knows how to build rapport fast, qualify leads like a pro, and lock in booked calls that convert. As a Sales Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by identifying client needs and facilitating opportunities for them to explore SHE-com’s transformative programs.

Outbound Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Discovery & Scheduling: Qualify leads and schedule them for calls with Growth Managers, accurately logging appointments in the CRM system.

Pipeline Management: Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve department goals.

Training Participation:



Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with SHE-com’s standards and practices. Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, preferably in high ticket sales roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and lead management. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends.
