Sales Assistant — Edmonton, AB

Findoor North America

Findoor manufactures folding and bi-fold door systems and sells direct to customers. We’re adding an assistant in Edmonton to support our Canadian sales effort.

What you’ll do

- Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare and follow up on quotes
- Keep the CRM accurate and current
- Coordinate customers from first inquiry through order confirmation
- Support the sales team with scheduling, documents, and order details

What we’re looking for

- 2+ years in an administrative, sales support, or coordinator role (this is not an entry-level position)
- Customer service experience in an office, showroom, or trade workplace
- Comfortable working in a CRM daily
- Strong attention to detail — you’ll be handling measurements, pricing, and specs where errors are costly
- Based in Edmonton and able to work from our office

Nice to have

- Background in building products, windows and doors, millwork, or construction
- Experience with quoting or order entry systems

Compensation

Base pay plus quarterly performance bonuses.
