In this customer-facing role, youll help create a welcoming, professional experience for prospective purchasers while keeping day-to-day sales administration organized and moving forward. Youll work closely with a Sales Representative and Sales Manager while taking ownership of on-site administrative activities.

Youll gain hands-on exposure to the pre-construction sales process while working alongside experienced sales professionals. This contract offers consistent Sunday-to-Thursday hours, approximately 12:00 PM to 6:00 or 7:00 PM, plus the potential to transition into a permanent opportunity. Youll provide reliable day-to-day administrative support for a residential sales site.

Youll welcome prospective purchasers, respond to inquiries, and help create a positive customer experience. Youll prepare and maintain sales documentation, including drafting amendments to agreements of purchase and sale.



Youll coordinate general office and site administration, keeping documentation accurate and organized.

Youll support sales activities and follow up on administrative requirements as needed. Youll independently prioritize tasks and keep the site running smoothly with minimal direction. 1 to 2 years of customer-facing administrative experience, ideally within residential pre-construction or real estate. ~ Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable communication style. ~ Experience drafting amendments to agreements of purchase and sale is strongly preferred. ~ Robust written and spoken English communication skills. ~ Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.
