Your role involves managing customer accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and helping restaurants maximize their spending through strategic upsells and cross-sells. Your customer service skills will ensure effective communication and timely responses to customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

- Support Inside Sales Representative with assigned accounts
- Proactively identify sales opportunities from customer data




- Increase customer spend through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain follow-up on quotes and sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls for promotions and reorders

Requirements:

- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or coordination
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with SAP Business One or similar systems
- Knowledge of foodservice or restaurant supply industry
