Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression Discover customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options Manage customer follow-up in the CRM to build lasting relationships Guide customers through the purchase process and documentation Stay current with product training, incentives, and market trends Successful candidates must meet the licensing and registration requirements of the province in which they are employed, including any required automotive sales or finance-related regulatory approvals. Automotive sales experience is an asset.

Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,



and varying schedules as required to support customer needs.
